Le Rève (The dream) is a traditional stone normandy longère cottage, both the exterior and interior have been tastefully modernised to keep original features but provide a comfortable modern living space. The cottage is situated next to our farm and the local church, but has it’s own private enclosed 500 square meter garden.
The modern fitted kitchen has an electric ceramic hob, a dishwasher and a fridge freezer as well as a Nespresso coffee machine. There is a large living room with TV (French, English and German channels) and comfortable corner sofa. The bedroom has a double bed and space to store clothes. The bathroom has a large shower, and a wash basin. There is a separate toilet and a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
The garden to the rear can be completely enclosed, and has sun loungers and a picnic table as well as a sun terrace.
The house has full central heating and Wi-fi throughout, long term winter lets considered.
All rooms are equipped with full central heating, and in addition the lounge has a log-burning stove, and the windows are double glazed for all year round comfort. The cottage has digital TV (English & French channels) and a DVD player. The private garden is enclosed and has a paved patio area, with garden furniture and a BBQ.
